Open a title or escrow order direct from your office or the field, using our simple form. Simply send us the property address along with a photograph of the first page of the purchase agreement. Then leave the rest to our team of specialists. We will verify receipt, open the order, and follow up with you on the next steps. 

  1. Enter the buyer and seller names, the property address, and select the office you are working with. 
  2. Then select the service you need - escrow, title, or both, and the type of transaction - sale, refinance, other. 
  3. Use your camera or mobile device to snap a photo of the first page of the purchase agreement, attach to the form, and submit.
